Google Yes? Or Google No?

Google Dominance
Google a word that dominates our Internet world!
Well, I believe anyone who wishes to take them on, good luck to you!
I started my blogs and blogging in October 2010, I really wasn’t sure why, but I was looking for a new way to take on becoming an Internet marketer or so I thought.
I had taught myself to build great websites but never got any traffic or ratings and I always wondered why?
Honestly, I spent close to $10,000 on software programs, CDs and so many other offers and I suppose I did learn a lot of things, I taught myself basic HTML, Photoshop, and much more but having gathered all that knowledge took me nowhere!

Websites For Blogging

I had looked at Blogs in the past and just couldn’t believe how much rubbish there was and so I avoided them like the black plague.
Then in August 2010 I was searching for ideas online and saw this awesome website that was actually a Website for Blogging that had a high PR and a great ranking, it was basic, and I don’t even remember what it was really about but it was appealing and easy on the eyes and as I mentioned well rated.
You’re probably saying, so get to the point, isn’t this about Google!
Yes, it is, but it is important!

Decision – To Use Blog Technology or Not?

I had more than 20 domain names and about 15 great-looking and well-prepared websites actually online but without success.
So what I decided to do was convert my domain names using blog technology WP CMS, no mean feat for a Baby Boomer, but I did it!

I knew nothing about blogs but decided this was the way to go.

Blogging Begins

I have always dabbled in writing and enjoyed sharing my experiences, so I started writing articles for my blogs or got ideas from other articles I had read and I would write my own personalized version.
I even got a couple of other domain names and began writing articles for them too, then I was hacked and all my blogs went down, luckily for me my hosting company whom I consider the best, got them all backup, nearly in their entirety, wonderful guys for sure. I now use several hosting companies, but they remain the best.
I was really enjoying what I was doing and realized how good WordPress really was and the vast number of plugins made life so much easier, so cool!
One thing I found out quite quickly was that what I wrote about certainly made a big difference to their ratings and the more I wrote the better the Blog rated.
I also understood the value of keywords I used Google Adwords, I consider the hours or so I spend researching keywords to be well spent, and still continue researching the keywords relevant to my articles.
Time-consuming, yes, but I believe it is worthwhile and an important part of our current success.

Google?

Since the middle of 2011, I began regularly receiving emails telling me the problems people have had with the changes Google has made, losing rankings, and losing PRs.
Personally, I have seen none of that with my 30+ Blogs, probably because I stuck to the basics, good keywords, good content, and kept within the perimeters of what Google demanded.
I have read a lot of the information that Google has to offer and so I have utilized what they offer.
So take the time to check out what Google has.

So Google Yes? Or Google No?

I believe that if you want to take Google on, forget it!
My personal belief is that Google wants to get rid of all those blogs/websites that are totally rubbish and I agree 100%, as I mentioned I wasn’t interested in blogs and blogging in the past for that reason.
So what do you think?
Is Google as bad as everyone seems to be saying?

Blog Whisperer Shares

I understand how powerful Google is and I believe they are doing the right thing by eliminating what I would call substandard material or at least removing their ranking.
If you take the time to go through the phenomenal amount of information they offer you will find out for yourself what to do and what not to do.
